The units are reasonably spacious and silent where the curtain was n't wide enough to close the entire window. The breakfast is enjoyable and the location is marvellous.

I got the quadruple room, it was practical and spotless. The private parking was on street, good service. Sauna was right here too. The location was particularly good and perfect and the staff were polite. A local supermarket and local supermarkets were right next door.

Being upgraded to a spacious 1 bedroom suite made our stay at Art Hotel Superior incredibly comfortable. The room was beautifully furnished and modern, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the convenient underground parking and easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel was located in a central area near to the local shops at the Burtschid, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany and the leafy outskirts of Aachen. It also was in a lovely quiet residential area. The room I booked was practical with a shared bathroom, coffee table and a stove.

There was a too high bed.

The living area and bathroom were very large and clean, overall the hotel was nice with friendly staff.

No sound proofing from the room door so you can hear others entering or leaving rooms. There was a charge for the sauna, this was not clear on hotel description.

Big Rooms, very clean, Staff where excellent. The hotel is off the beaten track but we knew this when we booked. €8 sees a taxi ride to city centre or there are numerous buses. Spa should be tried.

Big, spacious suites with kitchenette and large bathroom and shower.

The kitchenette was unusable because there was nothing in it. Not a fork, not a towel. No coffeemaker, nothing to boil water with. We bought paper plates and napkins and tried to eat in, but it was frustrating.

Art Hotel Superior is a hidden gem of Aachen. It is located just outside the city centre, an easy drive less than 10 minutes to the historical centre of town or the Carolus Thermen. The price is outstanding, rooms are very large and spacious, with easy-access internet (no need to go to reception for login details). Breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff, from the restaurant to the reception desk and cleaners were incredibly friendly. This is the best value for money I've seen for a long time.

There is a proper kitchen which is fantastic, but no pots, pans, trays etc. It would benefit from a few basic items like this as not many people travel with these things.

The location was peaceful in green area. Hotel’s breakfast was delicious with custom-made omelet and could satisfy any taste.
